Over a period of time Paul has developed and designed a series of workshops that are held over a day to help those who want to become more aware of their own energy systems, psychic ability, mediumistic ability and much more below is a list of workshops with what to expect.
Awareness
If you are new to the whole subject of mediumship and you want to explore more about it then this is the workshop for you. In this workshop you will learn about your aura that surrounds you (energy field) understand what it looks like how it feels and how it affects you in every day to day life. You will then be shown exercises on how to cleanse and protect it. Once you have done this you will then learn about Chakra’s and how these are used, you will learn how to tap into your own chakras and understand how to balance them cleanse and protect. After doing all of this work it is important that you understand how to ground yourself before doing any kind of work with any kind of energy systems and how to do this safely. At the end of the workshop you will receive a work book that you would have used through the workshop and a certificate with some stones or crystals that will be relevant to grounding protection and the opening of your spiritual path way.
Awareness into Psychic Ability
After you have completed the above work shop you may consider taking the next step on your new found path way. This specially designed workshop will take you through the disciplines of opening your psychic ability, You will learn how to see other peoples Aura’s You will learn how to read them, If you dare you can try your chances and have a go at psychometry (reading objects that belong to someone else, this could be jewellery etc) You will get to understand how to open up your psychic ability using your Chakra’s and how to close it down. You will learn how to do this in an ethical and safe way under close supervision. Once you have completed this course you will receive a work book that you would have used through the workshop and a certificate with some stones or crystals that will be relevant to the opening of psychic ability.
Awareness into Mediumistic Ability
Now that you are quite well into this and you have a good understanding about all of the above and you have had a good practice at picking things up on a psychic level, you will probably want to try and connect with your spirit guides or helpers, you're probably sensing things you wouldn't normally do. Well, this workshop has been made by the inspiration of Paul's very own spirit guides and helpers. You will first of all learn about being able to switch off to the world, you will be guided into a little meditation/visualisation where you will be guided to your spirit guides or helpers. In this workshop you will get to understand about the different kinds of mediumship there is from Clairvoyance Clairaudient Clairsentient, you will discover as to which one you would use or maybe you will use all three but at different times. You will also be given the opportunity to link into the spirit world with careful guidance.
Other Work Shops
In addition to the workshops, you may be interested in having a day learning how to relax shut off from every day worries and learn the basic techniques on how to relax how to bring positive changes into any area of your life and learning to take control of your own pathway. This is a workshop for people who want to bring new positive changes into their lives; this is not a work shop that is recommended to people who do not like positive change.
